Services: ZeroToProd provides freelance development and design services including but not limited to website development, application development, UI/UX design, and product consulting. Project scope, timelines, and pricing will be defined in individual agreements or proposals.
Intellectual Property: All designs, source code, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of ZeroToProd until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership will be transferred as per the agreed terms. Clients confirm they own or have rights to any content they provide.
Payments: Payments must be made according to the milestones outlined in the proposal. Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services. Applicable taxes will be added to invoices where required.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and required assets. You may not resell, redistribute, or misuse deliverables without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability: ZeroToProd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services rendered.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In such cases, payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
